Return & Refund Policy

  1. Overview

    Our return and refund period lasts 10 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging to be eligible. After 10 days, refunds or exchanges cannot be processed.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software, and some health or personal care products.
  3. Partial Refunds
    Partial refunds may be granted for items that are used, damaged, missing parts, or returned after 10 days. This includes opened books, CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or other media.
  4. Refund Process
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a few days. If your refund is delayed, please check your bank and credit card before contacting us at info@nisarmobile.com.
  5. Exchanges & Gifts
    We replace items only if defective or damaged. Gift returns will be issued as a gift credit unless purchased by a gift giver, in which case the refund goes to them. For exchanges, email us with your request and send the item to our store.
  6. Shipping Returns
