   All products are 100% original and sourced from trusted suppliers. Product images and descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

2. Order & Payment
   Orders are confirmed after successful payment or verification for Cash on Delivery (COD). We accept debit/credit cards, COD, and other secure payment options.

3. Pricing & Taxes
   All prices include VAT and applicable taxes. In case of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery
   We deliver across GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain. Most orders arrive within 1–3 working days. Delays may occur due to external factors.

5. Returns & Refunds
   Products can be returned or exchanged within the return period, according to our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

6. Warranty & Liability
   Items with brand warranties must be claimed through authorized service centers. Damage occurring after delivery is not covered. Our liability is limited to the product value.
